EVV Vendor Self-Registration Portal Introduction

The EVV Vendor Registration Portal lets vendors register and complete Alt EVV Certification for their state's EVV program. Vendors/providers who have been chosen by at least one provider in the payer program can register. If you are interested, you will need to provide the following information:

1. Information about your organization and user information.

2. The payer program you are registering for.

3. Associated Providers who will be part of the testing process.

You can choose from a list of providers who have already started the Alt EVV certification process with Sandata.

1. Access resources for the payer program. Vendor organization and user information.

2. The payer program they are registering for.

3. Associated providers to go through testing.

4. Interested vendors will select from a list of providers who have already begun the Alt EVV certification process with Sandata.

Once your information is verified, approved vendors can use the Registration Portal to complete these steps for certification:

1. Get test credentials.

2. Perform and review testing.

3. Get production credentials.

4. View the available payer program resources.
