Getting Testing Credentials

Once you finish registering in a payer program, you can get Test Credentials from the Portal. These credentials are used to send files through the Sandata Alt EVV interface for testing for the payer program. To get test credentials:

1. Enter https://evv-registration.sandata.com/ into your web browser or select the Portal from Bookmarks.

Click on Login.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Click on Login.

4. Click on the Test Creds header.

5. Click on Get Testing Credentials.

The test credentials will be created, and the password will be sent to the e-mail linked to the username used to generate the credentials. You will see a short tutorial that explains the next step, which is conducting and reviewing the testing process. These test credentials will enable you to proceed with the testing. Click on Next to continue.

6. Review the description of the “Test Files and Results” section on the Conduct and Review Testing tab.

Click Next.

7. Read the Test Scenario Validation description at the bottom of the Conduct and Review Testing tab.

Click on Close.
