Registering as an Alternate EVV Vendor
To start registering as an Alternate EVV Vendor in a payer program, follow these steps:
1. Enter https://evv-registration.sandata.com/ into your web browser or select the Portal from Bookmarks.
2. Click on "Register as an Alternate EVV Vendor.”
3. Choose your Vendor Organization from the dropdown.
4. Enter your e-mail address.
5. Click on Continue Registration.
If you checked the box My organization is not listed, you will see the following message. Please click on the link provided on the screen to contact Sandata Support and set up your organization as an Alternate EVV vendor.
6. When you're at the login screen, click on Forgot password?
A new tab will open in your web browser to help you create or reset your password. This password will be the same password for your e-mail address to log into Sandata On-Demand(SoD).
7. In the new tab of your web browser, type in your e-mail address.
Click on Submit. Check your e-mail inbox to find the link for resetting your password.
8. Click on the link provided and type in your new password.
Click on Set password.
9. Go back to the EVV Self-Registration Portal log-in tab in your browser and use your new password to login.
10. Use the dropdown to choose the state EVV Program in which you are registering.
Click on Continue Registration.
11. Choose a provider who has said that they want you to be their Alt EVV vendor to start the certification process.
Click on Finish Registration. Once you do that, your registration will be finished, and you will be logged into the Portal.

Note: The first provider you choose is the one you will work with to finish certification. Once you are certified, you can connect with more providers in the portal. |
