Adding Mobile Device Access

For caregivers to have access to Sandata Mobile Connect, you will need to enable their mobile access in the system. 

1. 1. In the Employees module, find and select the employee. 

2. 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Addresses section. Select the three dots () to open the address and phone number information. 

                           

3. 3. Select the Mobile user checkbox. It is required to add an Email Address for the employee, then select SAVE.
