Reset an Employee’s Mobile User Password

You can reset an employee’s Sandata Mobile Connect password in the employee profile window. 

1. Open the Employees module and select the profile of the employee whose password you need to reset. 

2. Use the three dots () to edit. 

 

3. Select the RESET MOBILE USER PASSWORD button.  

 

***A temporary password will be sent to the email address in the employee’s profile.
