Adding and Viewing Employee Notes

Follow these easy steps to add a task note to an employee’s profile. 

  1. 1. Go to the Employees screen.     
  2.  
  1. 2. Use the quick search, then select the employee’s name to open the employee profile. 

                 

  1. 3. Select NOTES. 

 

  1. 4. Select +ADD to add a new task note. 

    

  1. 5. Select Type of note being added from the drop-down menu. 

                    

  1. 6. Fill in your Task note in the note section and SAVE.  

                     

*** After the task is finished, an employee can mark the task note as complete by selecting the checkbox next to Completed and then Close.
