Creating a Call


Use the Create Call function when there is no in call for a visit. For example, if the DCW/Employee forgot to call in you create the call-in using Create Call. If the DCW/Employee is still on the visit, they may use the app or TVV to call out. 

Note: Using the other option in Visit Maintenance, Create Visit, will allow you to enter both the call in and call out times.

 

  1. In the Visit Maintenance screen, select Create Call.
  1. Use the filters on the right to find the recipient. Then select Apply Filters.
  1. Using the Actions button to the right, select the Recipient. Then select Next.
  1. Next, search for the DCW/Employee using Filters in the Select DCW/Employee section. Select Apply Filters.

  1. Select a DCW/Employee to add to the visit using the Actions button. Select Next.
  2. In the next screen, enter the Call Date and Call Time. Then enter the Location and Service (if available).
  3. Select SAVE. This will add the call in and create the visit.
