Use the Create Call function when there is no in call for a visit. For example, if the DCW/Employee forgot to call in you create the call-in using Create Call. If the DCW/Employee is still on the visit, they may use the app or TVV to call out.
Note: Using the other option in Visit Maintenance, Create Visit, will allow you to enter both the call in and call out times.
- In the Visit Maintenance screen, select Create Call.
- Use the filters on the right to find the recipient. Then select Apply Filters.
- Using the Actions button to the right, select the Recipient. Then select Next.
- Next, search for the DCW/Employee using Filters in the Select DCW/Employee section. Select Apply Filters.
- Select a DCW/Employee to add to the visit using the Actions button. Select Next.
- In the next screen, enter the Call Date and Call Time. Then enter the Location and Service (if available).
- Select SAVE. This will add the call in and create the visit.
