When completing a group visit in the Sandata Mobile Connect app, it is important to complete each Recipient visit separately. Follow this process to ensure all required data is captured and sent to Sandata EVV.
- When you are ready to complete a Recipient visit, log back into SMC.
When you are ready to complete a Recipient visit, find the Recipient under Group Visit and select Resume Visit.
Important: Avoid selecting Complete Group Visit - this will end the visit for all the Recipients.
- After resuming the visit, the individual Recipient visit opens. Now you can tap Complete Visit.
- If presented, select the ending location. Tap Home or Community and then tap Continue.
- The Visit Summary screen displays. Tap CONFIRM.
The individual Recipient's visit has been marked completed. Continue the other visits in the group visit, ending each one at the end of each visit.
