Unknown Employee
An ‘Unknown Staff’ exception displays when the Santrax ID number entered during the call does not match to a valid field staff’s Santrax ID in the system. It will also occur if a new employee is not entered in the system at the time of the call.
The Santrax ID entered during the call displays in the staff column on the on the Santrax Maintenance screen instead of the field staff’s name when the visit has an unknown staff exception. To correct this, update the field staff’s Santrax ID # on the employee’s profile (Main Menu > Staff > Chart > General).
Resolving an Unknown Staff Exception
| 1. | Navigate to the Santrax Maintenance screen. |
Main Menu> Scheduling> Santrax Maintenance
| 2. | Sort/Filter the results list to locate the applicable schedule and call. |
Sort based on the client’s name and the date of the visit.

| 3. | Right click on the schedule. |

| 5. | Locate and select the correct unknown call that corresponds to the visit. |


| 8. | Confirm that the new call times are correct. |

| 9. | Select the Ovrd (Override) check box to accept the corrected bill and pay hours. |


| 11. | Select the appropriate reason code. |
