Carfare Exception

A ‘Carfare Exception’ displays when an incorrect amount of Car Fare is reported by the staff member. This amount can be affected by mileage, tolls, or other associated costs.

Note: Carfare Exceptions require the agency to have the car fare system settings configured. If the settings are not configured, this exception does not display.

Resolving a Carfare Exception

1. Double click on the visit to open the Schedule Detail.

2. Enter the correct amount in the Carfare field if applicable.

3. Click Save.
