Starting and Completing a Visit

In this section you will find the process of how to start and end a visit.

 

Using the app to capture your visits is a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Find the client you're visiting and start the visit.

2. Enter the services you're providing and choose the location.

3. If asked to do so, add any tasks, or have the client verify the visit.

4. Finally, call out and end the visit.

If your client is scheduled, you will find your client in the Visits Screen . You will see a list of Upcoming visits. Tap on the client in the Upcoming tab and follow the prompts to begin the visit.

 

If your client isn’t listed, use the Search tab to find the client. You will need to enter a client identifier such as a Client ID or Medicaid ID. When you find your client follow the prompts to start the visit.

 

If you do not find the client, then you can start a visit for an Unknown Client. Enter the clients first and last name. Tap Start Unknown Visit and follow the prompts to start the visit.

 

While you are providing services to your client the app will time out for security reasons. Please log back into the app to complete your visit.
