If the agency’s setup requires client confirmation, follow the instructions below to ask the client to verify the visit.
1. Pass the device to the client to verify the visit, if required by the agency/payer setup.
2. Select a language from the list.
3. Tap CONTINUE.
4. Tap CONFIRM or DENY to approve or reject the Service(s) and Visit Time.
5. Tap CONTINUE.
Note: If your agency setup includes switching services, each service displays on this screen and must be confirmed or denied. |
6. Tap either SIGNATURE or VOICE RECORDING and follow the prompts for the client to verify the visit.
7. Tap DONE.
