Viewing Archived and Unarchiving Messages

To view your archived conversations:

Select the Message Center icon next to your name in the upper right corner.
Select the three dots in the Messages bar.
Select Show Archived.
Select the archived message you want to view or select the arrow to unarchive it.
To unarchive multiple messages, select the three dots again and select Batch Unarchive.
Select the ones you want to unarchive (or click All) and select Unarchive.
To hide the archived messages from your inbox, select the three dots again and select Hide Archived.
