Setting Agency Notification Preferences
The Message Center administrator can set agency-wide notification preferences for each message category and priority if desired. The users can also set up their own notification preferences, but they will also receive the notification that the agency set up as well.
To set up the agency preferences for notifications:

Select the Message Center icon next to your name in the upper right corner.

Select the three dots.

Select Manage Agency Notification Preferences.

Select the type of message category you want users to receive new message notifications.

Toggle the switch on next to Send Email and/or Send SMS beneath each priority level that you want all users to receive a notification that they have a new message of the selected priority to their email and/or SMS destinations.
- Select the left arrow to return to the list of message types.
Repeat Steps 4 -6 for each type of message you want to users to receive notifications for.
