ProviderPro Sync Setup
You can sync the following ProviderPro information to DataPlus Staff Scheduling and Time Tracking:
- Clients
- Client Groups
- Data-Entry Service Location Groups
- Employees
- General Ledger Accounts
- General Ledger Cost Centers
- Job Titles
- Billing Cost Centers
- Billing Processing Groups
- Billing Time Service Types
- Billing Unit Services Types
- Manager Service Location Groups
- Payroll Cost Centers
- Payroll Cost Center Groups
- Requirements (Qualifications)
- Scheduling Location Groups
- Staff Groups
- Tasks
- Wage Types
Sandata sets up the initial configuration for everything except Clients and Employees. You must set up the Clients and Employees that will be syncing to Staff Scheduling and Time Tracking. Ongoing you will need to set up the syncing options for the other set up items as you add new ones or stop using existing ones.
Note: Do NOT add, delete or make changes to the items that are syncing within Time Tracking or Staff Scheduling if you sync them from ProviderPro. The changes will be overwritten the next time the sync runs. Make all changes in ProviderPro (or Employee Care/Client Care). To make the synced settingsread only in Time Tracking and Staff Scheduling turn on the Disable Default Synced Properties setting in Options. If you are also syncing Scheduling Locations and Qualifications you can make those settings read only in Staff Scheduling by turning on the Disable Scheduling Location Synced Properties and Disable Qualification Synced Properties in Options.
