Billing Cost Centers
The Scheduling Locations, Service Locations and Client Groups can be synced from ProviderPro Billing Cost Centers.
To set up billing cost centers to sync to the DataPlus web apps:
- Log in to your ProviderPro live database.

Step Results: The Billing Cost Center form will open in a new window tab.
- Enter the code or description of the cost center in the Toolbar Lookup and press Enter to open it.
Make sure the Active and Use in DataPlus check boxes are selected.
- Make sure you have the correct Processing Group selected for the cost center.

Click Save on the toolbar to save changes.
If this is a new cost center, after the data syncs to Service Log, you will need to assign the correct security groups to the Review Group in Service Log so that staff can begin documenting time for the clients associated with this cost center via their default billing cost center or any active/pending contract details.
If this cost center is syncing to Time Tracking Service Locations or Staff Scheduling Scheduling Locations there are some other items you need to set up within the application itself that do not sync from ProviderPro.
The cost centers will automatically sync to Service Log, Staff Scheduling and Time Tracking overnight or you can Request a DataPlus Sync to force a sync.
