Processing Groups

You can sync Processing Groups from ProviderPro Billing.

To set up processing groups to sync to the DataPlus web apps:

1. Log in to your ProviderPro live database.
2. Choose Client Management > Billing > Setup > Billing Processing Groups.

   The Billing Processing Group form will open in a new window tab.
   

3. Enter the code or description of the processing group in the Toolbar Lookup and press Enter to open it.

4. Make sure the Active and Sync to DataPlus check boxes are selected.
   

5. Click Save on the toolbar to save changes.

The processing groups will automatically sync to Service Log and Time Tracking overnight or you can Request a DataPlus Sync to force a sync.
