General Ledger Accounts

You can sync Accounts from ProviderPro General Ledger.

To sync GL accounts:

  1. Log in to your ProviderPro live database.
  2. Choose Client Management > General Ledger> Setup > Accounts.

    The Account form will open in a new window tab.

  3. Enter the code or description of the account in the Toolbar Lookup and press Enter to open it.
  4. Make sure the Active and Sync to DataPlus check boxes are selected.

  5. Click Save on the toolbar to save changes.

The accounts will automatically sync to Time Tracking overnight or you can Request a DataPlus Sync to force a sync.
