Add a Medicaid ID to Recipient Record

  1. Select Recipients > Recipient Management from the navigation panel.

     

  2. Select the Recipient record.

  3. On the Personal tab, select the pencil icon in the Identifiers tab.

  4. Add the Recipient Medicaid ID number, then select Save.
