Data Plus/Provider Pro Release Notes V 4.206.87.3 July 15, 2025

We are pleased to inform you of the latest database updates. This update includes important system enhancements and key fixes designed to support your daily workflows and improve overall efficiency.

Installation 

Hosted customers

(Sandata hosts ProviderPro for your agency on our servers): No action is required. This update has already been installed and is ready for use.

On-premise customers

(Your organization hosts ProviderPro on its own server): Use the Distribution Manager utility to download and install the latest build. Important: Be sure to back up your database before proceeding with installation. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Network Administration Guide in the Learning Center.

What’s New in This Release 

  • Update (16766): Employee Code Added to Staff Time Tracking Edit Log Report

The “TT - Staff Time Tracking Entries Edit Log” report has been updated to include the Employee Code field.

  • Update (16827): Reporting Enhancements in DataPlus

We’ve improved how reports are processed within DataPlus by introducing a Recent Reports Queue. This enhancement allows users to continue working while reports are being generated and provides easy access to recently run reports for quicker reference and re-use.

  • Update (16870): Carasolva Sync Now Includes Employee Job Title

We updated the Carasolva sync process to include the employee’s job title.

  • New Report (16854): Compare Program Documentation with Time Tracking Logs

A new report has been added to help compare Client Care (CC) documentation—including Program Plans and Miscellaneous Data Collection—against Time Tracking “Time with Clients” log entries.

What it does:

  • Compares the “Collected Date/Time” of documentation entries with the corresponding Time Tracking log entry timeframes
  • Highlights log entries that have no documentation recorded during the logged time
