  • Fix: We’ve resolved an issue affecting the month view on the Scheduling Summary Screen. This was related to a recent improvement we made to the calendar control across the platform. A bug was identified and corrected, and the screen is now functioning as expected.
  • Improvement: As part of recent updates for Ohio Alternate EVV, the client Date of Birth (DOB) is now a required field. To streamline this process and enhance the user experience, the DOB entered in the Client Care profile (Client > Main Card) will now automatically populate the required field in the Time Tracking section (Client > Scheduling/Time Tracking > Electronic Visit Verification card).
    • This improvement included a full review of Ohio’s Alt EVV specifications as of the January 14, 2025, publication.
  • Fix: Task screen items are continuously refreshed and updated based on completed and upcoming work. To improve performance, we’ve added monitoring that will automatically trigger defragmenting and re-indexing if the screen takes longer than 15 seconds to load.
  • Improvement: We’ve made updates to improve the load time of the Time Logging card. Specifically, the underlying query used to gather information has been optimized for faster performance, resulting in a quicker and more responsive experience for users.
  • Improvement: We’ve made improvements to how job titles are managed in Employment Tracking (ETS). Previously, inactivating a job title too early could cause payroll errors if that title was still in use. A past fix addressed the error but made it harder to update an employee’s primary job title.
    • With this update, agencies can now update an employee’s primary job title as needed. To prevent payroll issues, a job title can only be inactivated once all final pay for that title has been processed. This helps ensure that even after an employee is terminated, any remaining pay can still be handled smoothly.
    • We believe this strikes the right balance, and we’ll be looking for feedback after release to make sure everything is working well for your agency.
  • Improvement: We’ve made updates to improve screen load times across the platform. Specifically, the Service Location, Staff Log, and Schedule Summary screens have been optimized to provide quicker and smoother experience. Customers should notice faster access and improved responsiveness when using these areas.
