DataPlus Release Notes for May 29, 2025

What’s New in This Release

Fix (16640): Extra Spaces Removed from Exported Work Status Listing

We’ve corrected an issue where the Work Status listing export included unnecessary extra spaces in the data.

With this fix:

  • Exported files now contain clean, properly formatted values.
  • Data is easier to read and use in external tools like Excel.

This ensures smoother reporting and better data consistency.

Fix (16729): Report Runner Mapping Issue Affecting Scheduled Reports

We’ve resolved a mapping issue within the Report Runner that was preventing some scheduled reports from being sent.

With this fix, affected reports will now generate and deliver as expected.

Update (16714): Standard System Items Now Protected from Edits

To ensure consistency and prevent accidental data loss, the system has been updated to prevent edits to standard system items.

Previously:

Customers could edit system-standard list items, especially in areas around data collection, but these changes would be overwritten during future releases, reverting back to the original standard settings.

Now:

  • System-standard list items are no longer editable.
  • This change ensures that customizations are preserved only where intended and supported.

This update helps maintain system stability and avoids unintentional resets during updates.

Update (16756, 16757): Improved Security Processing Performance

As part of ongoing system improvements, we’ve improved how Security Processing works.

What’s improved:

  • Handling of longer running, multiple change security updates
  • Increased efficiency in queries used by the security processor

These updates help reduce processing time and contribute to better overall system responsiveness.

Update (16793): Improved Security Queries

We’ve improved several security queries responsible for managing record access and permission checks for Alarms and Tasks.

These improvements support overall system performance.

Update (16717): Task Engine Logging and Reliability Enhancements

We’ve made backend improvements to the Task Engine, focusing on:

  • Enhanced logging for better tracking and troubleshooting
  • Improved reliability to support consistent task execution

These changes help ensure smoother background processing and easier issue resolution.
