Fix: A fix has been implemented for an issue affecting SMS message delivery through the Message Center. SMS messages are now sending successfully.

• Please note: We are continuing to investigate reports of email delivery issues. Although the system confirms successful message transmission and acceptance by the mail server, some users have reported non-delivery. We are actively reviewing the communication path between our servers and the Office 365 mail infrastructure to determine the root case. 

Additional updates will be shared as they become available. 

Fix: We are re-releasing the Client Signature reports to address issues identified in the intial rollout. The original reports were built by modifying existing templates, which unintentionally impacted other system areas - most notably, log exports. To resolve this, two newly constructed reports have been created: 

• TT - Staff Time With Clients Transactions With Notes and Signatures
• TT - Staff Time With Clients Transactions By Location With Signatures

These new reports are designed to function independently, without affecting other parts of the system. 

With Client Signatures now fully reportable, agencies also have the flexibility to build customized report variations based on their specific needs.
