This release focuses on reducing resubmission errors for users and improving observability and performance.

Billing UI Improvements

Smarter Resubmit Flow to Reduce Denials

• The resubmit modal was updated to introduce better input validation and flow logic.
• The UI now detects missing ICN (Internal Control Number) when users select Replacement or Void, and prompts for correction before submission.
• These changes aim to improve acceptance for resubmitted claims.

New Dashboard

We’ve finalized UI and interaction fixes on the new dashboard based on feedback from early pilot agencies.

• The dashboard cards are easier to view.
• There is new filtering functionality.
• In Payer Settings, users can set up bill days by payer and see them in the dashboard.

This new dashboard will be enabled for all Nevada agencies on September 28.
