The latest release delivers improvements across reporting, claims processing, security, branding, scheduling, and client record accuracy—providing a more consistent and reliable experience throughout the platform. These updates streamline workflows for providers and state users while strengthening compliance, data integrity, and overall usability.

1. ‎FUSE Reporting Usability Improvements

  • Employee Activity Report: Late Minutes now consistently round down, aligning with other application areas.
  • Alerts Configuration Report: Deleted users are no longer displayed for cleaner, more accurate reporting.

2. PatientQualifier Validation Enhancement

Improved validation logic for the PatientQualifier field to ensure claims are checked against the correct criteria. This enhancement reduces claim rejections, minimizes confusion, and promotes smoother, more accurate claim processing.

3.Refined Identifier Matching to Improve Legacy Claim Accuracy

Improved validation logic for BusinessEntityMedicaidIdentifier values, ensuring cleaner data, preventing mismatches, and supporting more accurate claim processing.

4. Enhanced Branding for Provider Portal Registration

Updated the Provider Portal Registration landing page with unified Sandata and HHAeXchange branding, including refreshed logos, welcome text, and colors. Provides a consistent, recognizable experience for all users and streamlines onboarding with clearer, aligned messaging.

5. Security Improvements for Non‑Agency User Fields

Strengthened protections by restricting edits to First Name, Last Name, and Administrative Santrax ID for non‑agency users.

6. Improved Start of Care & Audit History Accuracy

Enhances alignment between Start of Care (SOC) dates and audit history records, ensuring clients’ timelines are accurately reflected. This improvement supports better compliance, clearer oversight, and a smoother experience for users.

7. Enhanced Schedule Preview Functionality

Improved field security by ensuring that First Name, Last Name, and Administrative Santrax ID fields are properly restricted for non‑agency users. This enhancement reinforces data integrity, supports accurate user management, and provides a more secure, streamlined experience across the platform.

8. Improved Accessibility for Biometric Login for Sandata Mobile Connect App
We’ve updated the Fingerprint and FaceID toggle buttons in the SMC app so screen readers now correctly announce their names and on/off states. This ensures a smoother, more accessible experience for users who rely on assistive technologies.
