These release notes contain a high-level overview of updates and new functionality introduced to the Sandata EVV platform. As Sandata EVV is permission-based, not all functionality is available for every role within an Agency.
- In the Full Visit Review Export, the Schedule Begin and End Times columns now display in Columns AC and AD.
- An update was made to correctly display authorizations during schedule creation.
- Now only the selected date for a repeat event’s start date in the Scheduling module will display.
- Users will now see a message when attempting to change their password multiple times within 24 hours. A minimum 24-hour wait is required between password changes.
- New EVV and Aggregator users were previously prompted twice for two-factor authentication on every login. Now users are only prompted once after initial setup.
- The selectable Reason Code labeled “Please Select” has been removed from the Visit details reason code dropdown.
- Updated the schedule filters so that they consistently display on the right side of the screen.
- Made an update so that users selecting “Go to Client Profile” during authorization conflict resolution in Scheduling will navigate to the Client Program Tab.
- Updated the system so the Create Schedule option is no longer visible for Employees with an Inactive status.
- Updated the Schedule Filters window so that the Save and Reset Filters button consistently appear.
- Now only users using Multifactor Authentication will see the Reset MFA button.
- Corrected unexpected data appearing in the HRS column of exported schedules.
- Addressed sorting and pagination inconsistencies on the Authorization page in Sandata Aggregator.
- Improved the UI behavior for the Manage User Accounts screen in the Security module.
- Made an update on the visibility of the Reset MFA button.
- Updated validation messages in the Client and Employee modules to ensure consistency.
- Improved error messaging in the Program Details window.
- Data consistency and accuracy across various reports were improved, including the "Active Clients" and "Address Listing" reports.
