In this release, we have made two system enhancements related to delete functionality and offline visits, and four reporting enhancements to provide better consistency. In addition, we released two new reports and an improvement to the notes section in the Sandata Mobile Connect app.
System Enhancements
- The Trash Bin (delete) icon and all delete functionality for authorization records have been removed from the Client/Recipient Module. This change improves auto-verification rates, prevents orphaned records, and reduces compliance risks. It also ensures data integrity and supports smoother claim processing.

The label “Offline Visit” has been updated to “SMC Offline Visit” across all relevant areas in the Sandata EVV system. This update ensures consistency and clarity by aligning with the new naming convention in both the legacy and updated user interfaces.
Reporting Enhancements
- The No Show Report has been updated to display modifiers consistently.
- The Reports Request Details Report was updated for consistency in displaying results.
- The Duplicate Client Records Reports has been updated to ensure that the Payer always displays.

The System Activity Report has been updated to ensure consistency of time zones on a single report.
New Reports
- The All Client Export: This report produces an excel spreadsheet that includes details for all clients, regardless of status, for a specific date. Link to EVV Article | Link to Aggregator Article

Sandata Mobile Connect App Improvements
- The Notes section in the Sandata Mobile Connect app now supports the use of apostrophes.
